Shake MOCCACCINO, NOCINO, espresso and sugar syrup over ice and pour through a strainer into the glass. Slowly add the slightly whipped but still liquid cream by running it over a spoon. (If served in di Giovanna Shooter, adjust quantities as follows: 1.5cl MOCCACCINO, 0.75cl NOCINO, 0.5cl sugar syrup, 1cl espresso).
