Glass: Martini glass/ Shooter (di Giovanna)
Ingredients: 2cl NOCINO, 4cl MOCCACINO, espresso (2cl), lightly whipped cream, sugar syrup (1cl)
Preparation: Shake MOCCACCINO, NOCINO, espresso and sugar syrup over ice and pour into the glass through a strainer. Slowly add the slightly whipped but still liquid cream by running it over a spoon. (If served in di Giovanna Shooter, adjust the quantities as follows: 1.5cl MOCCACINO, 0.75cl NOCINO, 0.5cl sugar syrup, 1cl espresso).
