Decoration: sprig of mint
Ice: crushed
Quantity: 3 dl
Glass: Hiball/Longdrink
Ingredients: 3cl UVA, 3cl ZENZERINO, fresh ginger (3 slices), juice of a lime, mint (10 leaves), sparkling / mineral water (5cl), teaspoons of brown sugar
Preparation: Place the mint, sugar and lime juice in the glass. Stir carefully until the sugar is almost completely dissolved. Add a few ice cubes. Add UVA and ZENZERINO. Stir once more. Fill with about 5cl of sparkling/mineral water. Stir again. If necessary, add more ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
